YABATECH Hostel Accommodation Guide

Make payment for the hostel application through the payment portal.

Always login to your student portal to check if you have been allocated a hostel space.

Once allocated, pay for the hostel space within one week to secure your allocation.

Students must validate their payment to generate a receipt.
Payment must be made within one week after hostel allocation. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the allocated hostel space.
If payment is made after the hostel allocation has been withdrawn, such payment will be null and void.
Apply promptly to increase your chances of getting hostel accommodation.

After payment of the Hostel Allocation Fee, login to your student portal to print your Hostel Pass and other required hostel documents.
Download the Notary Form and have it properly signed and stamped at a court of law, pledging your commitment to abide by the hostel rules and regulations.
Submit your Hostel Pass together with the completed Notary Form at the Dean, Student Affairs Office for stamping.
Your Hostel Pass will only be stamped when it is submitted alongside the completed Notary Form.
