1. CONPCASS 09 - CHIEF LECTURER
Qualification/Experience:
- Holder of a Doctorate degree in the relevant field(s) from a recognized institution with at least twelve (12) years of teaching/applied research/industrial work experience or a holder of master’s Degree in relevant field plus at least post - qualification cognate experience.
- Suitable Principal lecturer who has spent at least three years of satisfactory service on that grade plus a demonstrable evidence of competence in applied research/production/construction and scholarship.
- In addition to 1 above, the candidate should have five (5) papers read at National/International conference/seminar and the following, since last promotion:
- Four additional papers/articles published in reputable journal.
- Five meaningful chapter contributions in standard textbook(s) or two standard textbooks.
- Registration with relevant professional body.
- Evidence of community service.
2. CONPCASS 08 - PRINCIPAL LECTURER
Qualification/Experience:
- Candidate possessing relevant Master's Degree plus at least fifteen (15) years teaching/research or industrial working experience. Such a candidate must have published a total of five (5) conference/seminar papers, three (3) Journal articles accepted for publication or contribution of two (2) chapters in a standard textbook.
- Suitable Senior Lecturer after a minimum of three years satisfactory service on that grade.
- Candidate must have since last promotion published at least three papers read at National/international conference/seminar and ANY of the following:
- Four additional papers/articles published in reputable Journals.
- Evidence of ability to initiate and supervise research work.
- Must be registered with relevant professional body.
3. CONPCASS 07 - SENIOR LECTURER
Qualification/Experience:
Candidate possessing relevant Master's degree with at least twelve (12) years teaching/research or industrial work experience. Such a candidate must have published a total of three conference/seminar papers, three journal articles accepted for publication or contribution of two chapters in a standard textbook (s).
Candidate possessing a Doctorate Degree in relevant discipline with at least nine (9) year's teaching/research or industrial work experience plus three journals and four conference/seminar papers.
Suitable Lecturer I with at least three years satisfactory service on that grade plus a Master's Degree in the relevant field and a total of nine (9) conference/seminar papers in addition to three journals of two chapters in a standard textbook(s).
In addition to three above, officer must have, since last promotion, produced at least three conference/seminar papers, one Journal article or two chapter contributions.
Membership of relevant professional body is mandatory.
4. CONPCASS 04 - LECTURER II
Qualification/Experience:
Candidate possessing relevant Master's degree plus at least six years teaching/research or industrial work experience and two journals accepted for publication plus two conference/seminar papers or a Doctorate Degree in relevant discipline plus three years teaching/research or industrial work experience plus two journal publication and five conference/seminar papers.
Suitable Lecturer II with at least three years satisfactory service on that grade plus five conferences/seminar papers and two Journal articles or one chapter contribution in a standard textbook.
Membership of relevant professional body is mandatory
5. CONPCASS 03 - LECTURER III
Qualification/Experience:
Candidate possessing a good Bachelor's Degree (Minimum of second class Lower Division) in relevant disciplined plus at least two conferences/seminar papers and one journal article accepted for publication with at least three years teaching/research or industrial work experience.
Candidate possessing relevant Master's degree plus at least one conference/seminar papers.
Suitable Assistant Lecturer with at least three years satisfactory service on that grade with at least two conference /seminar paper.
6. CONPCASS 02 - ASSISTANT LECTURER
Qualification/Experience:
Candidate possessing a good Bachelor's Degree (Minimum of second class Lower Division) in relevant disciplined plus NYSC discharge certificate.
7. CONPCASS 03 - TECHNOLOGIST I
Qualification/Experience:
Candidate possessing Higher National Diploma in relevant field, at credit level, from a recognized Institution plus at least three years post qualification cognate experience.
A suitable Technologist II with at least three years satisfactory cognate experience.
Evidence of production or fabrication of one functional project in the relevant discipline in both cases above.
8. CONPCASS 02 - TECHNOLOGIST II
Qualification/Experience:
Candidate possessing a Higher National Diploma at credit level, plus NYSC discharge certificate in relevant discipline.
9. CONTEDISS 09 - ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER I
Qualification/Experience:
Candidate possessing B.Sc. Degree (minimum of Second Class Lower Division) in Arts, Social Science or Humanities with at least three years post qualification relevant experience.
Candidate possessing a master's Degree in relevant discipline with at least three year post qualification cognate experience.
10. CONTEDISS 08 - ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER II
Qualification/Experience:
Candidate possessing a good Bachelor Degree (minimum of Second Class Lower Division) in Arts, Social Sciences or Humanities plus NYSC discharge certificate.
11. CONTEDISS 09 - SENIOR CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY
Qualification/Experience:
Candidate possessing a Higher National Diploma (HND) at Credit Level in Office Technology & Management or its equivalent with at least three years post qualification cognate experience.
12. CONTEDISS 08 - CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY I
Qualification/Experience:
Candidate possessing a Higher National Diploma (HND) at Credit Level in Office Technology & Management or its equivalent plus NYSC discharge certificate.
13. CONTEDISS 08 - ACCOUNTANT II
Qualification/Experience:
Candidate possessing a recognized and good Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum of Second Class Lower Division) in Accountancy or Finance plus NYSC discharge certificate.
14. CONMESS 02 - MEDICAL OFFICER I
Qualification/Experience:
Candidate possessing M.B.B.S. and registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria, plus NYSC discharge certificate.
15. CONHESS 08 - NURSING OFFICER II
Qualification/Experience:
Candidate possessing a good Bachelor's Degree (minimum of Second Class Lower Division) in Nursing plus registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. (N.M.C.N.)
16. CONHESS 08 - MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENTIST II
Qualification/Experience:
Candidate possessing a good Bachelor's Degree (Minimum of Second Class Lower Division) in Medical Laboratory Science, registerable with the Institute of Medical Laboratory Scientist (IMLS) plus NYSC discharge certificate.
17. CONHESS 08 - PHARMACIST
Qualification/Experience:
Candidate possessing a good Bachelor's Degree (Minimum of Second Class Lower Division) in Pharmacy with full registration with the Pharmacist Registration Board of Nigeria plus NYSC discharge Certificate.
18. CONTEDISS 06 - ASSISTANT TECHNICAL OFFICER
Qualification/Experience:
By direct appointment of a candidate possessing a recognized National Diploma or equivalent at Credit level in relevant discipline plus at least three years post qualification cognate experience.
19. CONTEDISS 04 - CRAFTSMAN
Qualification/Experience:
- By direct appointment of a candidate possessing either:
- National Technical Certificate or its equivalent with a minimum of two years experience.
- Government Trade Test Certificate Grade III, plus a minimum of two years satisfactory service on that grade.
20. CONTEDISS 04 - PORTER
Qualification/Experience:
By direct appointment of a candidate possessing the Senior Secondary School Certificate or equivalent qualification with passes in at least three (3) subjects including English language.
21. CONTEDISS 04 - CLERICAL OFFICER
Qualification/Experience:
By direct appointment of a candidate possessing Senior Secondary School Certificate with four (4) Credit level passes including English language obtained at one sitting or five (5) Credits at two sittings.
22. CONTEDISS 04 - MOTOR DRIVER/MECHANIC II
Qualification/Experience:
By direct appointment of a candidate possessing the Junior Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent and a valid Class C, Driver's License plus at least three years satisfactory post qualification driving experience.
23. CONHESS 06 - PHARMACY TECHNICIAN
Qualification/Experience:
By direct appointment of a candidate who has completed the prescribed three year's training programme from the School of Health Technology and has obtained registration from the Institute of Health Technology for technician cadre.
